From 2018 to 2022, Sokrath served as an Insurance Advisor at Sovannaphum Life Insurance Company in Kratie Province. In this role, he led and collaborated with Canadia Bank staff to identify client needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions. He provided expert financial protection advice, ensured strong after-sales support, and coached banking staff in sales techniques. His ability to foster partnerships and coordinate with bank teams significantly contributed to customer satisfaction and company success. Prior to this, Sokrath held roles that strengthened his customer service and administrative capabilities. As a receptionist at VS Guesthouse and later at Panhabuth School, he developed excellent communication and organizational skills. He efficiently handled bookings, guest relations, and visitor inquiries while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
