I am Mr. Chhay Piseth, an accomplished development professional based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with over 15 years of progressive experience in program management, organizational leadership, fundraising, and strategic development across national and regional levels. My career reflects a consistent commitment to driving sustainable impact, empowering communities, and strengthening education and social inclusion systems in Cambodia and beyond.

In my current role as Organizational and Fundraising Director at Speech and Swallowing Therapy Cambodia, I lead the organization’s strategic direction, partnership development, and resource mobilization. I oversee fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, and institutional strengthening—ensuring sustainable growth and long-term impact for the organization’s mission to improve lives through inclusive therapy services.

Previously, as Regional Program Manager with United World Schools (UWS) Cambodia under the Global Team, I led the design and delivery of multi-country education programs across Southeast Asia. I coordinated regional strategies aligned with global frameworks and SDG4, built strong partnerships with ministries, INGOs, and donors, and ensured program excellence through robust monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems. This role deepened my expertise in cross-border program leadership, education innovation, and impact measurement.

From 2018 to 2022, I served as Executive Director at Community Inclusive Care Cambodia (CICC), where I provided organizational leadership, managed day-to-day operations, and guided strategic planning, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement. I successfully expanded partnerships with development agencies, enhanced program quality, and strengthened financial sustainability mechanisms—building a resilient and mission-driven organization.

Earlier in my career, I held key management positions with ChildFund Cambodia and World Vision Cambodia, where I led provincial programs and child sponsorship initiatives. These experiences honed my skills in community engagement, donor relations, staff supervision, and child-centered program implementation, laying a strong foundation for my later leadership roles.

Academically, I hold a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Management and Economics, along with Bachelor’s Degrees in Communication and Business Administration. This academic grounding complements my professional experience, equipping me with a well-rounded understanding of organizational governance, financial management, communication, and human resource leadership.
