In response to the alarming prevalence of online abuse, exploitation, and trafficking, SOT-C was founded to proactively protect Cambodian children, youths, and communities. We raise awareness and educate on online safety, ensuring technology is used for learning, growth, and development.

Target Areas

Head Office: Kampong Thom Town

Phases: Covering all 25 provinces of Cambodia in 7 phases, starting from Kampong Thom, Siem Reap, Kampong Cham, and expanding nationwide.
